Wine and Vintage Cars Package – mandatory surcharge for this package

– 30 euros per guest, one-time – for a visit to the vintage car museum and the Zlaten Rozhen Winery with the tasting of 5 types of wine, with appetizers and water

Upon request and with prior request:

– 25 euros for transportation to the museum and the winery (up to 3 people) and 50 euros (up to 8 people), round trip by car

Enjoy local cuisine and our exquisite culinary specialties from the à la carte menu.
Please inform us in advance if you have any dietary requirements or special preparation requests.

Special for Children:

The kids can play in the outdoor in the fresh air of the Pirin Mountains.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at an additional charge:
- €10 per night (up to 10 kg)
- €20 per night (10–30 kg)

Accommodation with Pets:

Pets up to 30 kg are allowed.
For accommodation with a pet, a refundable deposit of EUR 26 / BGN 50.85 is required at the Reception desk, along with a “Cleaning” fee of EUR 10 / BGN 19.96 per night for pets up to 10 kg and EUR 20 / BGN 39.12 per night for pets from 10 to 30 kg. The deposit serves as a guarantee to cover any damages caused by the pet, if applicable.
Pets are accepted upon presentation of all required registration and vaccination documents.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the SPA center.
Guests with pets must inform Reception to arrange a convenient time for room cleaning.
Pets must be kept on a leash when entering the hotel or staying in the common areas.
Pets must not be left unattended.
Any disturbances, such as barking or whining, must be promptly addressed to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Guests are responsible for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by their pet to the hotel or other guests and agree to fully compensate for such damages.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any property damage caused by their pet.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

A reservation confirmed by the hotel is guaranteed with a 50% deposit within 3 days after confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Free cancellation or modification up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations or modifications less than 7 days before arrival will result in retention of the prepaid deposit.
In case of early departure, a penalty equal to one full night will be charged.

All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel.
